These pictures will only tell you how wonderful Sagada is. The nature at its best, the culture, the tradition, perfect.

These make me want to go back to, again,  experience the same feelings of perfection and serenity.  No regrets, just love.

Wow! Sagada’s in my list of places to go to. My friends who’ve been there told me that the activities are REALLY tiring but are worth the effort. Seeing your photos pretty much validated what they’ve said. 😛

Hello, again ! I think I could do it but, it takes time to realise that because such places aren’t in my next area. But, I’ll keep my focus on this challenge of yours.
We don’t have hanged coffins but….other cultural and religious habits yes.
So good this idea of yours.

Huh, hard to say something after I saw such photographies! Can you please to set few informations about that place ? It seems to be some sacred. What’s designed on that stone cover: a frog or a lizard ? Great images!
    And…thank you for the visit.

Hello! Thanks for visiting my blog. You got lots of great stuff in your site! The place is called Sagada, one of the most culture-rich places here in the Philippines. What you are referring to are the hanging coffins, this is a sacred tradition for dead people in the past. The one in the picture is an image of a lizard. I wrote an article about this place, just under this photoblog entry, here’s the link http://blackhelios.wordpress.com/2012/05/11/drastic-change-our-sagada-summer-getaway/
      Hope you’ll like it!

Hey Mala, hope it gave you the whole picture of what it really meant. Can you share some of that in your blog? I want to see your country’s own version of this tradition. I’ll wait! 🙂 Thanks a lot!
