BF Homes in Parañaque is known for its long stretch of food street that houses different specialty restaurants- Mama Lou’s Italian Kitchen, Ramen Kuroda, Don Limone, Zarks and even Mang Raul’s BBQ. All can definitely be included in your ‘a-must-try’ list.

If you tried almost all the restaurants inside BF (I’m from the South, konti na lang and I’ll be finishing my Aguirre food exploration, lol) and you want to try something new, SM BF Parañaque (one of the newest SM malls in Metro Manila) will give you what you need.
There are also lots of specialty restaurants inside that you can try. One of the newest and a real must-try is the newly opened Fiery Style Southwestern Flaming Grill.

New place to dine, drink, enjoy and have fun
This particular Fiery Style is placed inside the mall (I remember seeing one in Eton Centris, Quezon Ave.), so this will not be their usual branch that will stay open until 12 midnight or dawn. However, their menu still boasts a lot of excellent food finds. Drinks and booze are also available to compliment your flavorful meal.
Mexican inspired interior. From the lightings, furniture up to the restaurant’s bar and decors and even the staff’s uniform- all these will make you feel you’re in another, different place that serves Tex/Mex cuisine.

Fun vibe- this is perfect for a dining place. The band added a more positive flavor to the experience. Singing all the 80’s- 90’s favorites really boosted my appetite, this made me forget that I’m actually on Keto diet (no rice, sweets, bread- carbs in general- supposedly). I just added that day in one of those cheat days, full of guilt. Who can resist the steak, nachos, chicken strips, baked mussels, and frozen cheesecake anyway? No one! Lol

Without trust, everything will be half-baked and the road to success might be really blurry.

However, I believe, more than the exclusive blazingly pungent hot sauce they are offering to Tex/Mex lovers, there are more enticing and mouth-watering selections every food enthusiast will truly enjoy.

Chicken breast strips in a Louisiana-style coating served with a dressed salad garnish and Texan-style BBQ sauce.

All these in one sitting, perfecto! We ended up having a heavy, full tummy, but its all worth it!
My personal favorite was the steak they served to us, which is also one of the restaurant’s best-sellers. It was one the best-tasting steak I’ve tasted so far- flame-grilled and well-seasoned plus it was really soft (not so chewy), juicy and flavorful. This is also true with their baby back ribs, not to mention the sauce they served as well that enhanced the dish’s taste.
Also, their New York frozen cheesecake blew me away. It tasted really good. I like how it melted in my mouth as if I’m munching an ultimate premium ice cream- smooth, rich, decadent- super satisfying!
My verdict, 10/10. One of the best Tex/Mex restaurants for me and something I would definitely recommend to my foodie friends. 😀
